Tues night December3/2024 my Daughter Tamara had arrived at Mt Sinai Hospital Toronto Ont around 9 pm in extreme pain and bleeding only to sit there crying hysterically in pain for over 5 hours in waiting room while others went before her even all the new people coming in. I was on the phone with her most of the time as I live up north and snowstorm or I would of been there. I called Four times and talked to four different nurses and they said it was up to the triage nurse to bring her in. The last nurse was a very compassionate nurse and attended finally after 5 hours of hysterically crying in the waiting room. This Triage nurse should be educated in wisdom and compassion. She should not be working at this task. This needs to be addressed so she will not be repeating this lack of empathy for other patients coming in. Thank you for time. I hope this situation will be addressed
