The Hamilton General Hospital: Hamilton, Ontario

Stolen items by staff at The Hamilton General Hospital. Both my bank card, and credit card were the only items taken from my wallet after staff asked if I would like them to take my phone (in case holder which is a cardholder as well) to take a picture of my photo x-ray in another area. Out of my sight.
I thought nothing of it until this morning, three days later when I noticed both cards missing. I notified my credit card company and bank who informed they caught red flags and finally put a hold on the cards. All purchases made were directly following the transaction of providing my phone/wallet to staff. All purchases were tracked to locations within a proximity of 3-5 blocks of the hospital. The fraud department is currently now opening an investigation, but I would like to pursue this further with the Hospital on my own, and the Police if neccessary, and not resolved.
