I have gone to our hospital emergency quite a few times , most recently Jan 28/24 with my daughter and 1 year old grandson ( who has a compromised immune system) at no time during any visit did I ever see anyone sanitize or clean n any way the areas

The nurse made a mistake for blood work at ER sub-acute unit of William Osler hospital of Brampton aka civic hospital in Brampton.
