HI… MY NAME IS BERNARDA CVJETKOVIC … I DO APPEAL AN IMMEDIATE FOLLOW UP WITH MY COMPLAIN … MY MOTHER MARIJA CVJETKOVIC IS THE PATIENT AT ST. MARY HOSPITAL IN KITCHENER IN THE ICU UNIT FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS… I DO EXPERIENCE DAILY HARRASMENT FROM THE STAFF IN THE UNIT…

I was going thru the McCaig tower rotating door and it malfunctioned and hit me in the face as I walked out of the rotating door. I am hurt and may have a broken nose.

My 1yr old son had an appointment with Orthopedics, C4, at CHEO (Ottawa) this morning, and while his appointment was for 10:45am, he was not seen before 12:40pm. That is a 2hr wait! Not only is this absurd, but very disrespectful to patients’ time, and hard for 1yr olds especially…
